Executive Director

Kevin Pringle

“Nobody wins alone. Bring a team-first mentality into every huddle.”

Kevin Pringle is the Executive Director of The Huddle Inc. — a devoted mentor, father and faith-driven leader who has spent decades coaching, teaching and walking alongside young people.

He played college football, and the locker room never really left him. Over the years he has led youth programs, preached across communities, and mentored countless young men and women — the kind of long, unglamorous investment that changes how a teenager sees themselves.

He also put that conviction on paper. Kevin is the author of the faith-based book “Radical Obedience,” and his ministry roots run through everything The Huddle teaches about identity, character and calling.

When his daughter, Kennadee Pringle, founded The Huddle, Kevin helped bring the vision to life alongside her. Today he carries the day-to-day work of the ecosystem: Huddle Groups, one-on-one mentorship, sports performance training, camps and clinics, and the partnerships that bring The Huddle into schools, churches and communities.

A proud Michigan football enthusiast, he brings a team-first mentality to every huddle — because the athlete in front of him is never a project to manage, but a teammate to develop.
