President & Founder
Kennadee Pringle
“See who you are. Know what you’re capable of. Then walk boldly in purpose.”
Kennadee Pringle is the President and Founder of The Huddle Inc. — a mother, mentor, coach and former collegiate athlete, and the heart and visionary behind the organization.
She knows the athlete’s life from the inside. Her own journey as a student-athlete taught her discipline, teamwork and resilience, and those are the lessons she pours back into the next generation. She also saw the quieter problem that competition can hide: many people spend years developing their talent but never discover their identity.
Her background in ministry, leadership and mentoring is what shapes The Huddle’s answer to that problem. She builds spaces where young athletes are challenged to grow, discover their identity and step into their calling — on the field, in the classroom and in conversation, not just in a highlight reel.
Her mission is direct: help youth see who they are, know what they are capable of, and walk boldly in purpose. That mission became The Huddle, which she founded and brought to life alongside her father, Kevin Pringle, a former college football player with deep roots in pastoral ministry.
Today she leads the whole organization: the small groups, the seminars, the training floor and the partnerships, plus the coaches, mentors and youth workers who carry the work into their own rooms. Her vision is for that network to keep growing until it reaches young people nationwide.
